I had a customer, he is an old man, but I respect and admire him. First time he called me in USA. He work in USA as an engineer. He is often very busy, but his hometown is Guinea, Africa. He is about 56 years old. He work very hard himself in USA, his daughter stay in Guinea. We talked about 30-60 minutes every time. He told me he want to back to him mother country, back to his hometown. USA is not his home, he miss his hometown very much. He want to give up all in USA, then back to hometown start his new life. First time, I knew this, I can not believe. Because I know many people is hard to give up something better, then choose maybe looks not good one. But he did! So I made a decision to help him. Some time, only trust will make all the people easier to solve many problems, and go through something very well.

He told me his idea, then I think and give him some suggestions, then we often talk about this thing in about one month time. I help him purchase, help him delivery, help him do a solution for a small construction company set up. Help him decrease risk, decrease investment amount, but can make thing well, can let his small construction company start!

Then he choose some small trolleys, I help him to find, but he not satisfied with the quality, then I talked with my boss, our factory make a decision help him to produce that small trolleys.

Now all goods had already load container, and delivery to Guinea, now my customer, my friend also backed to him hometown. Some days before, he called me, he said he still need some other goods, hope I can help him to purchase, because he is not familiar with China market, not familiar with some machines, and also need high cost to China.
