how to produce paving bricks?

We use concrete brick making machine could produce cement paving bricks. But it is usually have no color on brick surface.

Just cement fray color paving bricks also have market in some countries, but I think paving brick with color will more beautiful.

Now let me tell you two method to add color in paving bricks

1. Add color feeder machine, with this machine, you can add color on paving brick face, it has about 3mm thickness. If its thickness more than 5mm, surface color face will easy fall off. But only 3mm thickness color, it can not last long after paving street. It usually could keep the color about 5 years. But put color on brick face, it could decrease color paving brick cost.

2. Add color into raw material directly

Add color directly into raw material, first you should use white cement, then you will need much more color. One color paving brick cost will increase. But this kind of color paving brick will never fade... it could always with color, always looks beautiful. I think we should according customer requirements to produce different paving bricks.
